What is Strengths Recuitment?

We are one of only a few organisations in the UK to specialise in strengths-based recruitment. We offer support to internal recruitment teams wanting to establish a strengths-based recruitment model and we also deliver our flagship fully retained Executive Search & Selection service for senior and experienced hires.

Strengths recruitment focuses on hiring people into roles where they have the best natural energy, motivation and fit for the role. By identifying and assessing what motivates and energises candidates in addition to their experience and competency, we support you to hire more engaged, motivated employees who are likely to reach higher performance and stay longer in post.

We provide executive coaching for managers and leaders at all levels from entry to Board level.  Our coaching programmes can be stand-alone or delivered as part of a wider team or leadership development programme.

Our experienced, qualified coaches utilise a wide toolkit of expertise including positive psychology approaches, NLP techniques and cognitive behavioural coaching. We use Strengthscope® assessment and where appropriate 360-degree feedback with either Strengthscope360® or
StrengthscopeLeader® as part of the process to help coachees to gain insight, understanding and self-awareness.
