About your career coaching benefit

This service is offered as an optional enhanced PIC employee benefit. You are eligible to book a confidential one-hour career coaching session as a PIC employee with a minimum of 2 years tenure. 

The sessions are delivered by an experienced and qualified coach. You can find out more about our team here.

This benefit is designed to help you:

  • Explore your future career aspirations with unbiased, objective external support.
  • Take ownership of your career planning with guidance tailored to your goals and strengths.
  • Define and commit to your next career steps and actions.
  • Articulate and overcome blockers, challenges and concerns. 

Key Booking Terms

Please read our coaching agreement which provides all the finer details of the process and important data protection information.

  • All sessions are delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams between business hours 09.00 – 17.30 GMT/BST.
  • Your coach will be allocated to your booking once your booking is confirmed and at least two working days before your session.
  • Sessions will last for one hour and start promptly. Sessions will not run over the allocated time if sessions start late due to your late arrival.
  • A minimum of four working days notice is required to cancel a session otherwise the benefit will be marked as taken. The cost of the session to PIC is £325 + VAT (this is a non-taxable benefit).
  • You will be able to rearrange your session on two occasions, with the minimum notice terms above.

We use a waitlist to manage demand and availability. If there is no availability or you can’t find a suitable date/time, please join the wait list and we will contact you to find a suitable date/time. PIC employees can book one additional self-funded one hour coaching session, at a discounted rate of £325 + VAT – over 50% off our standard price. To qualify, you must be a current PIC employee who has already used your PIC coaching benefit. Sessions are virtual, subject to availability, and limited to one per person.
