About your career coaching benefit

PIC’s Career Coaching Programme is an optional enhanced employee benefit that provides a confidential one-hour career coaching session to PIC employees with a minimum of 2 years tenure. The Career Coaching sessions will be delivered by an experienced external Career Coach from our team. You can find out more about our team here.

You can self-refer to access this benefit and the programme is designed to provide: –

  • Personalised external support to help you to think about your future career aspirations.
  • Support to help you to understand how to take increased ownership of your career planning.
  • Help to create a next step plan with actions to take after the coaching session.
  • The option to provide anonymised feedback on the kind of career development support you may like to receive in the future.

All coaching sessions are confidential. We do advise that you let you manager know you are accessing the benefit so that they can support you both before and after the session, but this is personal choice.

Prior to booking, please read our coaching agreement.
