The Extra Mile - Strengths Assessment
We deliver strengths assessment and onboard coaching as part of our retained full service at no extra cost.
All long-listed candidates will complete a Strengthscope® Assessment and receive online feedback before they meet with the hiring organisation.
This gives further, valuable insight into a candidates fit with the organisation and role.
We then provide feedback to clients along with guidance on areas of strength, potential performance risk areas and suggestions on areas to probe at next stage interview.
The Extra Mile - Onboard Coaching
We also provide coaching to newly appointed candidates to support them to perform in those critical first 90 days in employment. The coaching is delivered as 2 x 1-hour video calls and delivers some of the following benefits:

Helps them to explore how they can utlise their strengths and guard against performance risk.
