We provide a comprehensive retained service for senior and experienced hires which includes;
- 'Superstar’ and ’Find the GAP’ strengths profiling where appropriate.
- Hiring Manager and/or decision maker strengths profiling and feedback.
- Guidance on how to conduct a strengths-based interview.
- Briefing and writing a strengths-based Job Description/Candidate Brief and designing a strengths-based candidate attraction process.
- Sourcing all candidates through a combination of our own database, multimedia advertising, social media and executive search to identify, attract and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Qualifying and pre-screening all candidates for key skills, competencies and strengths through specifically designed telephone and video interviews.
- Strengths profiling for all long-listed candidates.
- Interviewing all qualified, strengths aligned candidates, combining a mixture of competency and strengths questions, designed and scored specifically.
- Submitting all suitable candidates with a copy of their own CV, Candidate Summary and Strengthscope® report.
- Managing the entire recruitment process for all candidates, including arranging all interviews with candidates and all liaison throughout the process.
- Managing the offer process to facilitate successful appointment in the shortest timescale.
- Liaising closely with the appointed candidate throughout their notice period.
- Providing strengths-based onboard coaching in the first critical 90 days of appointment.
The Extra Mile - Strengths Assessment
We deliver strengths assessment and onboard coaching as part of our retained full service at no extra cost.
- All long-listed candidates will complete a Strengthscope® Assessment and receive online feedback before they meet with the hiring organisation.
- This gives further, valuable insight into a candidates fit with the organisation and role.
- We then provide feedback to clients along with guidance on areas of strength, potential performance risk areas and suggestions on areas to probe at next stage interview.
The Extra Mile - Onboard Coaching
We also provide coaching to newly appointed candidates to support them to perform in those critical first 90 days in employment. The coaching is delivered as 2 x 1-hour video calls and delivers some of the following benefits:
- Helps the newly appointed candidates to set goals for the first three, six and twelve months of employment.
- Helps them to explore how they can utlise their strengths and guard against performance risk.
- Helps the individual to identify potential challenges and develop strategies for dealing with challenging situations.
- Considers key stakeholders, stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
- Provides an objective sounding board and reassurance from someone the individual knows and trusts during the initial settling period in a new job.
