Lisa Reynolds

Lisa is People Director.  She is a positive psychology advocate and an experienced recruiter, coach, facilitator and expert strengths practitioner. An  ILM accredited professional coach, NLP Practitioner and a qualified psychometric assessor, Lisa is also trained in the therapeutic areas of Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Lisa is passionate about helping individuals and organisations to thrive and flourish by creating an understanding of strengths and positive psychology theory.  She designs and delivers strengths-based recruitment, assessment, coaching and people development interventions focused on creating happier employees and more productive, higher performing workplaces.

In her spare time, Lisa likes to spend time with family and friends and keep fit and healthy. She also enjoys a wide range of music and theat

Paul Mehra

Paul is an Associate Consultant. He has over 30 years’ experience in both national and international organisations and delivers a range of projects across talent development, recruitment and developmental assessment, coaching and mentoring.  Paul is a qualified Strengthscope Practitioner and strengths development expert.

In his spare time, Paul loves to travel and to meet and work with people from different backgrounds and cultures – as well as finding time for medieval history, cooking and enjoying his ever expanding vinyl music collection!

Julie Pelych

Julie is a Senior Associate Consultant. She is passionate about developing individuals, teams and organisations to reach their full potential and to achieve great business performance.  Julie is a British Psychological Society qualified user of an extensive range of psychometric tools and an ILM qualified Coach. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, holds post-graduate diplomas in HR and in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring, and is a Master Practitioner in NLP as well as a qualified user of a wide range of counselling techniques.

In her spare time Julie likes going to the theatre, reading and enjoying her seaside town. She is also a school governor and supports various charities.

Jenny Rogers

Jenny Rogers is Project Support Consultant. She has worked in facilities and administration management within a national distribution company, a creative studio and coaching & development company so is well versed in all aspects of client project coordination. One of her significant strengths is in building relationships so we know our clients and candidates are in good hands. 

In her free time Jenny enjoys walking her dog, visiting the theatre and spending time with her family.
