Lisa Reynolds (she/her)

Lisa is People Director.  She is a Master Strengths Practitioner, MBTi Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, and qualified psychometric assessor. She is also trained in the therapeutic areas of Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma Informed Practice and holds an MSc Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology.

Lisa works with corporate organisations, start-ups and entrepreneurial businesses to deliver coaching, assessment, people and leadership development and facilitation. She also has a background in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment and has worked across many sectors including Financial Services, Consumer, B2B Services, Technology, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare. Lisa is also a mental health advocate and has a special professional interest in Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Lisa likes to spend time with family and friends and keep fit and healthy. She also enjoys a wide range of music and theatre.

Roberta Ashley (she/her)

Roberta is a Senior Associate.  She is an MBTI, FIRO-B and DISC practitioner and holds a Senior Practitioner Coaching Certificate from the University of Middlesex, gained following an intensive 18 month coaching programme. 

Roberta has over 20 years’ experience of supporting organisational and talent agendas in high performing businesses through strategy consultancy, design and facilitation of leadership, team and general development programmes, culture change and employee engagement work, talent and performance management and coaching. She has coached individuals at all organisational levels across many sectors including financial services, global shipping and logistics, consumer, B2B and the UK intelligence community.

Roberta is passionate about photography, and you will generally find her exploring the East Sussex countryside where she lives with her husband and young son, with her camera in hand.

Amantha King (she/her)

Amantha is a Senior Associate. She is an experienced people consultant and facilitator. She is also a certified NLP coach, strengths development consultant and StrengthscopeMaster®, keynote speaker, mental health first aider (Youth & Adult MHFA) and menopause coach/consultant.

With over 25 years in pharmaceutical sales, training and management roles, Amantha combines NLP coaching, neuroscience and wellbeing approaches, to guide companies and their employees to achieve their potential and flourish.

Amantha enjoys spending time with her family – especially walking in the Devon countryside. She likes the theatre, travel and yoga in her spare time and loves dog sitting for friends.

Julie Pelych (she/her)

Julie is a Senior Associate. She is a British Psychological Society qualified user of an extensive range of psychometric tools and an ILM qualified Coach. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, holds post-graduate diplomas in HR and in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring, and is a Master Practitioner in NLP as well as a qualified user of a wide range of counselling techniques.

Julie is passionate about developing individuals, teams and organisations to reach their full potential and to achieve great business performance. 

Julie likes going to the theatre, reading and enjoying her seaside town. She is also a school governor and supports various charities.

Jo Watson (she/her)

Jo is a Senior Associate. She brings extensive experience as a leader and provider of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment services. Jo is also a qualified strengths assessor.

With experience of working both in-house and agency side, Jo is highly experienced in delivering a range of talent acquisition and recruitment projects. She has a track record of placing executives across various functions including IT & Technology, HR & Talent Acquisition, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Legal & Compliance, EA, and Purchasing. She excels in delivering in-house talent acquisition services from inception to full operation and offering customised consultancy services to a diverse client base across a wide range of industry sectors.

Jo loves spending time with friends and family.  She holds a passion and empathy for people and volunteers at her local hospice.  She also enjoys the theatre, dancing and music/festivals.

Jenny Rogers (she/her)

Jenny Rogers is Project Support Associate. She has worked in facilities and administration management within a national distribution company, a creative studio and coaching & development company so is well versed in all aspects of client project coordination. One of her significant strengths is in building relationships so we know our clients and candidates are in good hands. 

In her free time Jenny enjoys walking her dog, visiting the theatre and spending time with her family.
